About Us

Mobile Hairdressing Ltd is a small family-owned and operated business which first began trading in 1995 under the name Hair 2 Go. Initially we considered opening a hair salon in West Auckland, but there were so many established salons in the area already. We wanted to stand out from the crowd and offer a point of difference, so after researching the idea we decided to break away from the norm and take our skills to the people!

We began by putting flyers in letterboxes, talking to friends, and placing ads in local newspapers to spread the word that we had something different to offer. It took a long time for people to embrace this new concept, but they soon came to appreciate the convenience, and now almost 15 years later our clientele is still growing!

We are proud to say that the service we offer is designed to complement your lifestyle without compromising on quality. Our client base is varied and comes from all walks of life, including busy professionals, working parents, seniors, family groups, disabled etc.

Pam

Pam is the heart and soul of Mobile Hairdressing Ltd. We wouldn't be where we are today without her excellent phone manner and people skills. Pam takes care of the day-to-day running of the business, makes all the bookings, and is your first point of contact when you call or email us.

Although Pam is not a qualified hairstylist, she is more than capable of answering any questions you may have about who we are and what we can do for you.

Tania

Tania is a fully qualified professional hairstylist with over 20 years experience in the industry. Before becoming mobile in 1995, she worked as a hairstylist in West Auckland hair salons for eight years.

Tania loves being a mobile hairdresser because of the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of her clients' homes. Some of Tania's clients have been with her for so many years that most days she says it doesn't really feel like work ... it's more like visiting an old friend who just happens to need a haircut!!

We will strive to excede our clients' expectations, and be the first port of call for all their hairdressing needs.
